Can I list my vehicle?

If you own or have permission to rent out a road-legal vehicle in the Philippines, you can host. Here's what we ask for:

Registered ownership
The vehicle must be registered under your name (or you have the owner's written permission to rent it out).
Valid OR/CR and insurance
Keep your registration and compulsory insurance current — you'll upload documents during verification.
Roadworthy condition
Serviced, clean and safe to drive. List honestly: photos and descriptions should match what the renter receives.
Verified identity
A government ID and a linked payment method (GCash, bank or PayPal) so we can send you your earnings.

What does it cost to host?

Listing up to three vehicles is completely free — no signup fee and no commission on bookings. If you run 4–10 vehicles, the Growth plan is ₱1,000/month; 11 or more, the Fleet plan is ₱3,000/month. A flat fee means a busy month costs you exactly the same as a quiet one. See pricing →

How and when do I get paid?

Renters pay a deposit (half the trip total) through the platform before a booking is confirmed. Once you accept, the deposit is verified and sent to your saved payment method — GCash, bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance is collected when the trip is completed.

Do I have to accept every booking?

No. Every request comes to you first. You can see the renter's profile and messages, then confirm or decline before any money changes hands on your side. Unanswered requests simply expire.

Can I still use my vehicle?

Yes — that's the point of the availability calendar. Block any dates you need the vehicle, and only open dates show up in search. Confirmed bookings automatically hold those days so nobody else can reserve them.

Who handles the handover?

You and the renter, directly. Agree on a meeting point in chat or offer preset handover locations (airport, hotel delivery, your address), each with its own delivery fee that you set.

What if something goes wrong during a trip?

Because the deposit is held by the platform, damage or disputes don't leave you chasing cash — document the issue with photos, file a report, and our support team mediates using the booking record, chat history and agreed terms.

What documents do I need?

Your vehicle's OR/CR, proof of insurance, a valid government ID, and the payment details where you'd like to receive earnings. Listings stay private until an admin verifies them.
