Terms and Conditions

1. Booking requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license is required at pickup.
• At least half of the rental price must be paid upfront to confirm your booking.

2. Payment policy

• A deposit of at least 50% is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due when you pick up the vehicle.
• We accept GCash, bank transfer, and PayPal.
• Payments are non-refundable, except as described in the cancellation policy below or when the host cancels the booking.

3. Cancellation policy

The host may cancel a booking if the vehicle becomes unavailable.

4. Vehicle use

• Do not use the vehicle for illegal activities.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed unless the host approves them beforehand.
• Do not drive the vehicle outside Palawan without permission.

5. Damage and liability

• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
• A security deposit may be required at pickup.
• Traffic violations and fines during the rental are your responsibility.
• Report any accident or damage immediately.

6. Insurance

• Basic insurance is included in the rental price.
• Comprehensive coverage is available for an additional fee.
• Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence or by breaking these terms.

7. Late returns

• You have a 30-minute grace period for late returns.
• Returns later than the grace period are charged an additional day’s rate.
• A vehicle not returned within 24 hours of the agreed time may be reported as stolen.
